About 8 months ago, I had the amazing pleasure of capturing precious moments between my good friend, Titus, and his (now) wife, Grace. Titus had asked me to photograph his sweet proposal to Grace, & through it, I learned how precious and how blessed their relationship is–. You can read about their beautiful love here.

This past weekend, I was so blessed to attend their wedding as a guest–my first college friends to wed! John & I know the couple personally from college, & as much as I love photographing weddings, I absolutely love being a guest, and being able to soak in the love and the meaning behind it. :) Their photographer (Tauran Photography) is simply amazing & I love his work! I cannot WAIT to see his photos from it!!! :)

I debated on taking photos only on my iPhone, but with my iPhone being a bit sketchy these days (time for an upgrade!), I brought my camera (but just my nifty fifty lens) along just to capture memories from my seat for myself! It was like a mini reunion seeing all my college Christian fellowship friends back to help celebrate our dear friends, so I wanted as many photos with them as I could! (Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo with them all!)

I’m pretty sure dSLRs don’t belong in clutches, but I tried. ;) The photo on the right was taken by my handy dandy iPhone!

 

 

 

While I was off duty, my Diakonia Collective business partner & friend, Chris Ahn (Chris Ahn Productions), was on duty, recording the wedding from start to finish! He worked so hard!!

 

 

 

 

Here are the good friends I was able to photograph with my camera! I didn’t end up bringing my dear dSLR everywhere because I wanted to enjoy the moments as much as possible, but I so happened to have it around these lovelies! :)

 

 

 

 

It was such a fun night catching up with dear friends, and even meeting quite a few new ones! :)

 

I am SO  happy for this beautiful newly wed!! Looking at these photos and just remember the message spoken during the ceremony and just knowing their story always brings tears of joy to my eyes! The love they have for God and for one another is so pure and evident! Such a beautiful testimony of love!
