Tara is an amazingly talented musician! Right now, she’s currently working on her awesome new EP (check out her website here to stay up to date when that comes out, or follow her on Facebook here), which will be featuring the awesome portraits session I got to have with her!!

So while I anxiously await the day I can release her gorgeous session, I wanted to highlight her fabulous makeup artist, Corrina Lynn!

Now let’s talk makeup. One thing, which to be honest, I have no idea how to do. I can get my eyeliner on straight, and get that cover up (& maybe blush) on, and I can somewhat do my mascara without clumping it, but when it comes to eye shadow, contouring, and other things, I can’t do nada. I can tell you what looks good and what doesn’t? I guess that’s a skill? People always tell me to watch youtube videos, and trust me, I have watched and tried… repeatedly… but still… the struggle is very real.

Since I met Corrina “on set” for Tara’s shoot, I followed her on Instagram, and I got to add her as a friend on Facebook! I see her work on my feeds from time to time, and it is amazing! Being someone who cannot do much to her face, I wish I could do what she does!

Tara allowed me to share two photos that show the makeup work Corrina did for her portraits! I loved how it was still natural, and you could still tell it was Tara, but it just enhanced her eyes and added to her portraits! :)

I cannot wait to share this entire shoot & for Tara’s new EP CD to come out! So blessed and excited to have been able to help take part in her musical advents! :)
